Over the past 15 years, I’ve owned and operated several local businesses, gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of customer needs. What truly drives me is helping others. I find immense satisfaction in empowering my team and restoring homes to places where families can thrive. There’s no better feeling than seeing a family overjoyed as they return to their rebuilt home. At Elite Home Solutions, I’m committed to delivering exceptional service, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.  I am a retired Veteran, and the Air Force motto is “Integrity first, Service before self and Excellence in all we do.” At Elite Home Solutions, we also focus on integrity - we make sure we do things right and do what we say we will, and that is very important to us. I have led small businesses and construction projects in different capacities across NWA and have many years of experience in operations, project management, and construction. I focus on our commitment to quality and help make sure we exceed customer expectations.  To me, integrity is one of our competitive advantages – we do things right and take pride in quality.  I have been a NWA native for more than 20 years and have more than 35 years of experience in customer service and sales.  I also have experience in operations and administration, and I love helping businesses define and execute workflow processes to improve efficiency. I am excited to drive our core values of integrity and quality while working with our customers and project teams. At Elite Home Solutions, I help customers with scheduling, answer questions, and much more. I am here to help make sure we exceed our customers’ expectations, which involves how we treat customers! Treating customers well also includes their experience and that has to do with our talented team of PMs and techs. I also collaborate with our field teams to make sure we meet our standards.  We value our customers and team and want to make sure we provide high quality workmanship in all that we do!  When not at work, I am passionate about my family and making memories. I have an amazing wife of more than 20 years and 3 wonderful kids! We love looking for rocks, hunting, fishing, and camping.  In my spare time, I am also taking classes to earn my bachelor's degree.
